Invented in Denmark in the early 1950s, the floating pen is one of the most beloved souvenirs of all time. ‘Donghwa(floating action stories)’ is an ‘original floating action pen’ made up of unique Korean images.
It was designed by reconstructing pictures from Minhwa and court paintings, and although there are many similar products, but for the originality of the product, it was produced directly in Denmark.
It consists of a Background, foreground, floater, and back panel.
The floater, printed on a thin transparent plate between the foreground and background, moves with the angle of the pen.
It's made in a traditional way, so you can see the print spots, giving it a retro feel.
